You can find tips and info about how to use your computer and keep your health in the process. There are mainly 3 causes for lack of comfort in your computer usage:
1) The impact on your eyes
+ you can take care of this by setting a comfortable distance between you and your monitor + by setting an optimum screen refresh rate (a screen refresh rate of 60 Hz refreshes the display 60 times a second—make sure it isn’t to low..)
2) Your position during the usage
+ your back’s position is very important and can have a long term negative effect if it isn’t the right one. Instead of moving your body to be at the optimum distance and position to use the computer, try to move IT to better suit a correct position.
+ I’ve seen this at many beginners. The way you hold the mouse can be decisive, not only in keeping pain away from your hand, but also in making the moves more easily (to move the mouse on the pad you don’t need to rotate it. Rotating the mouse can often lead to awkward wrist positions which happen without you observing them - try to keep your wrist straight).
3) The wires around your computer (they can harm you as well as your computer). Try to make a wire area which gathers them in one place (or, if you like easy access to each of your wires, you can hide them from highly circulated areas of the place).
Hope these tips help!
