What does it do?
Add a touch of nature to your sidebar and relax while the fishes from this Google Desktop gadget swim across your sidebar - they also have some nice things to say. You won’t get bored because they automatically get the latest messages from the internet :)

The FishTank now has more fishes than ever. From time to time, they tell you some nice quotes. It now automatically searches for new messages online, so you'll never get bored :) You can also make the animations smoother by clicking on the 'Start/Stop smooth animation' button in the gadget menu + your fish never die - better than the usual fish tank, right? Also, you can submit messages for the fish (see the link below), and if we like it, it could be seen by all FishTank users. Go to the ‘FishTank Refilled’ page for more information.

Tip: for a better experience, you can drag the gadget out of the sidebar; that way the fish can get bigger if you want to. Also, in the latest versions, you have the possibility to increase or decrease the text size from the gadget menu. |
