- not offering any more support for Google Desktop and Wave apps, busy with other projects now
- if you have a problem with a program please don't forget to mention the name of the program so i know what you're talking about :)
- if you got an error, include its message and see if there are certain actions which may have caused it (for example, the error appeared after you clicked on something)
