Who am i?

Hi there! I’m Teodor Filimon. This page is about me… Exciting words I chose for the beginning right? Oh well, I have to turn in early this Saturday (it’s Saturday when I’m FORGING this page—I like poetry too, what do you know...) because in 12 hours I’m going to have to wake up to go to college. Why? Monday I have an exam… But that’s another story… Anyway, this will be a page which will contain some of my pictures (observe one of my Sith moments in the upper-right corner—and there are more moments..), my ideas, my mini-essays, my opinions, etc

About me and this site

My journey towards ’real programming’ started during some long winter nights in my first days at college. Because I never really had much time those days, you may wonder why I started working on Google Desktop gadgets right now. Well, I threw everything else away, and started reading the Developer’s Guide on the Google Desktop page. This was the beginning of my quest to better organize my time, to acquire a better understanding of my time, but first of all to control my time and not be controlled by it - not coincidentally, because my first gadget was DigiWatch.

I used the expression ‘real programming’ before… I mean it like this because these gadgets were my first contact with a wide range of users, I got constructive, relevant feedback and I entered a great programming community. That’s how, eventually I managed to build this site, and all the wonderful programs and projects that followed :)

I’m pretty busy these days, but more is sure to come on this page; if you have suggestions on what to put on my website, feel free to contact me.
